Hope and help come through Guatemala Hospital!

Help The Children was given eight acres of land in Malacatancito, Huehuetenango, Guatemala to build a hospital in the community. The hospital is currently in development and near completion, and will provide healthcare for over 300,000 people who currently do not have a medical facility at all. Help The Children already has commitments from the Medical University, as well as retired medical professionals, to provide staffing on a volunteer basis.

The hospital has an estimated completion date of November 2011. Upon completion of the hospital project, Help The Children will begin construction on a church and an orphanage to be added to the complex.
