Thank you for your generous support of Help the Children. I am so very grateful to the many individuals, foundations, corporations, and churches that have placed their trust in us. The lives of countless children are improved today because of you. For that, words are truly inadequate to express to you how thankful we are for your support of our work.

In spite of the many challenges created by the state of our economy, Help the Children has continued to help children around the world. The year began with the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Because of your support, Help the Children was ready to respond quickly to the needs of thousands of earthquake victims displaced from their homes by providing them with food, clothing, personal care items and medicines. This year we provided medical treatments to thousands of needy children and their families with medical and dental care throughout Central America.  We are so thankful for the Doctors and Nurses that donate their time to help provide free medical treatment.

What an amazing year and I hope you will be encouraged as you read this Annual Report and all that God has done through Help the Children in 2010.
We appreciate so much all the people who continually pray for our ministry.  We know that we are truly blessed by God.
